A gorgeous keepsake frame for that special Nanny, Grandmother, Granny OR Grandad. It would make a wonderful personalised gift for Mother’s Day, Birthday or Christmas.
The verse is printed on linen effect paper and mounted on card. Wooden hearts are painted and the names of grandchildren printed on them.
The maximum amount of hearts this design will fit is 10.
Colour will vary slightly dependent on cardstock batch.
These are framed in a solid wood with glass front frame and are handcrafted in Ireland.

Lots of love and attention to detail goes into each product and as a result the average lead time on orders is approx. 2-3 weeks.
Please keep this in mind when placing an order. Turnaround time during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day & Communions may be longer.
